The car's home location and pickup/return instructions will be clearly noted in the Getaround app and in your trip confirmation email. Pleas note, the Getaround app will not display the car's actual real time location until 15 minutes before your trip start time. Once your trip starts, you'll be able to unlock and access the car.
If you have any trouble finding the car that you've booked, make sure it is within 15 minutes of the start time and double check the instructions. If there are still issues locating the car or it isn't there, contact us by pressing "Help" and then the "Contact Getaround Support" button in the app. We will help you locate it or find another car nearby if necessary.
