What if I can't find the car that I booked?

The car's home location and pickup/return instructions will be clearly noted in the Getaround app and in your trip confirmation email. Additionally, 15 minutes before your trip start time, the Getaround app will display the car's real time location. Once your trip starts, you'll be able to unlock and access the car.

If you have any trouble finding the car that you've booked, call Getaround at 866-438-2768: Getaround will help you locate it or find another car nearby if necessary.
