You can get all the details about the car, the trip, and pickup instructions you need on your Trips Page.
You will see a general home address indicated on your confirmation email as well; The vehicle could be within a quarter mile of this address for the start of your trip. When the start time of your trip begins you will have access to unlocking the car in the app. Click ‘Car Key’ and you will be prompted to unlock the car after you begin your pre-trip inspection of the car. For improved reliability, it is encouraged to have location services and Bluetooth turned on.
If you do not have an iPhone or Android, use the "View Your Trip" link we sent you in your confirmation email to load a mobile webpage for your trip unlock the door with your smartphone.
