How do I remove my license plate from my FasTrak account?

In order to ensure that all toll crossings are billed to Getaround instead of your personal FasTrak account, follow the steps below to remove your car's license plate information from your FasTrak account.

Your account will remain active and your transponder will continue to work for personal use. To avoid being billed for renters' tolls, take care to remove your transponder from your car before all Getaround trips.

To remove your license plate information from your FasTrak account:

  1. Visit www.BayAreaFasTrak.org to login to your account
  2. Click on "Vehicles and Tags" then "Delete Vehicle" for the car(s) on your FasTrak account that are also shared on Getaround
