Loss of use per terms is meant to help owners defray the cost of having their car off the platform for repairs as well as offset parking and connect expenses.
When: Post loss days that car is being repaired and for cars that are undrivable post LOU should be extended for the time leading up to repairs
Who: All owners who have earned revenue from the damaged vehicle in the 3 months leading up to the loss are eligible. Owners who have not yet earned income with the damaged vehicle are not eligible for income replacement, however we will help defray the cost of Connect and parking.

Total Loss: When a vehicle is deemed a total loss the owner is eligible for loss of use for the time the vehicle is being evaluated, value determined and until 3 days post offer of the total loss settlement figures from our insurance partner.
