How is the appraisal and estimate completed?
Your appraisal and estimate are completed by an experienced desk appraiser based on the photos you have provided to Getaround in your initial report and through the Getaround Fix app.

You’ve received an estimate. What’s next?
An estimate will be provided to you directly via the Getaround Fix app. Once you’ve received an estimate, you are encouraged to take your car to one of our partner repair facilities. A list of repair facilities partnered with Getaround will be provided to you by your Claim Advocate. This will be the fastest way to get your vehicle back on the road.

What if my repair vendor has questions about the Getaround Fix estimate?
Any questions regarding the estimate should be directed to the Getaround Fix Helpdesk at (312) 906-7462. This information is also available at the top of your estimate.

Labor rates.
Getaround Fix estimates are written using Getaround’s preferred vendor rates. You can read more about our vendor repair policy here. If you have any questions about this policy, your handling Claim Advocate will be able to provide more info.
