If you are new to Getaround and want to learn more, we encourage you to search through our help center or start with our tour of how Getaround works. If you have a question that is non-urgent we will reply to all questions asked via our help center.
For In-trip Emergencies
For in-trip emergencies, you can reach a Getaround Safety Agent over the phone via the mobile app.
From the app, navigate to your active trip page and tap on HELP in the upper right corner. From there, you'll see the option to select Safety Support to call Getaround for help:
Please note that if you're not in an active trip, you'll be able to contact support via our Help Center only and you will not see an option to Call Getaround Support.
In Help Center and on Web
Our chatbot, Greta, is here to help! Greta is available by clicking on the little in the bottom left corner of most of our webpages. Our chatbot is available 24/7 to help solve issues, provide information, and help course your requests to our agents by phone or email.
As a Guest, you can also reach customer service any time via our Help Center: simply submit a request through our ticket form and a Customer Happiness Agent will reach out to answer your question.
In the App
You can reach Help Center and submit a support request via the mobile app at any time. Open the top left menu in the app, and tap HELP. From there, you can find FAQs, Guest policies, and Terms, and Submit a Request if you still have questions.
