Getaround vehicle owners can rate their carshare experience with renters and provide feedback directly to Getaround.
Getaround vehicle owners can provide feedback on each of their carshare bookings. Owners can rate their experience with the renter and submit feedback up to seven days after a trip has ended. Once submitted, feedback will be visible within the Trip Receipts view. Owners also have the option to leave a user review or provide feedback directly to Getaround.
Top feedback for cars will also be presented in the vehicle map and list view for users.
Important note: reviews are not editable.
Block User Action
Owners may block users from renting their vehicles on the feedback page. Blocking a user from renting your vehicles is a permanent action.
